2-hour bowling extravaganza with your friends at Bel Mateo Bowl! This open-play event will be geared towards kids in grades 3-5. No experience necessary and all skill levels are welcome. See your name in lights on the big scoreboard and have fun taking your best selfie to personalize your board. NSM will take over 3 of Bel Mateo Bowl’s 24 well-lit lanes: spend the first hour perfecting your strike and during the second hour enjoy great pizza and beverages from the Bistro set up lane-side so you can finish your game. Shoes and lightweight bowling balls included. Saturday, April 21 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The moves are just not cardio but include core workout, strength training, resistance and stretching. Not to mention the fun you will move moving and grooving. The Kingston Café is the premier coffee destination in the North Shoreview neighborhood. Go Behind the Counter for a hands-on tutorial in bean grinding, pouring, and beverage presentation. The Café owner will take you from start to finish in the making of the perfect latte, a pour-over coffee, and a delicious fruit smoothie. Experience the art of the espresso machine and sample your own delicious handiwork. The event will include a live demonstration and opportunity for Q&A with a representative from award-winning Equator Coffees. Date is Saturday, May 19 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Kingston Cafe.
